The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. 1winph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1winph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
1winph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
All financial transactions on the 1winph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
Deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 1winph reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a review period. 1winph aims to process approved GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 1winph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
1winph does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All games available on the 1winph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
1winph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 1winph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. 1winph's decision in such matters is final.
Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final. 1winph does not accept cancellation of bets after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules or where a technical error has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1winph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
1winph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity on the Platform.
All content on the 1winph Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of 1winph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of 1winph intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1winph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
1winph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1winph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
1winph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
1winph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage protocols, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 1winph cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 1winph, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms.

Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed and, where no fraud or breach is established, returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1winph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
